Oikon vidimo kao klju\u010dnog partnera u uklanjanju jaza me\u0111u rodovima na radnom mjestu, tr\u017ei\u0161tu i zajednici te u unapre\u0111ivanju ciljeva odr\u017eivog razvoja\u201d, rekla je&nbsp;<strong>PHUMZILE MLAMBO-NGCUKA, izvr\u0161na direktorica UN Women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u017dene predstavljaju polovicu svjetske populacije, ali su i dalje nedovoljno zastupljene u globalnoj radnoj snazi. Prepreke na putu osna\u017eivanju \u017eena, ne samo da vrije\u0111aju ljudska prava i jednakost, ve\u0107 i \u0161tete gospodarskom rastu. Iz tog razloga pozivamo poslovne lidere da implementiraju Na\u010dela osna\u017eivanja \u017eena te Vam \u017eelim zahvaliti \u0161to ste se pridru\u017eili rastu\u0107oj zajednici potpisnica WEP-a. Potrebno je uklju\u010diti SVE tvrtke jer ravnopravnost spolova vi\u0161e je od samo moralne odgovornosti. Zajedno s Globalnim sporazumom UN-a i organizacijom UN Women, WEP-ovi su podr\u017eani me\u0111unarodnim radnim standardima i ljudskim pravima te priznanjem da poduze\u0107a imaju va\u017enu ulogu u promicanju rodne ravnopravnosti i osna\u017eivanju \u017eena.
