Ane Filo\u0161evi\u0107 i dr.sc. Rozi Andreti\u0107 Waldowski zapo\u010deo je studentski znanstveno-istra\u017eiva\u010dki dio <strong>projekta FoodGutBrain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt se bavi tematikom utjecaja hrane na mikrobiom crijeva i pona\u0161anje kori\u0161tenjem vinske mu\u0161ice (<em>D. melanogaster<\/em>) kao modelnog organizma. Istra\u017eiva\u010dki rad proveden je u <strong>Laboratoriju za genetiku<\/strong> <strong>pona\u0161anja <\/strong>Odjela za biotehnologiju u Rijeci, a dio, u Istri, u suradnji sa  <strong>Znanstveno-edukacijskim centrom u Vi\u0161njanu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izdvajamo zanimljivost kako upotreba vinskih mu\u0161ica u znanstvenim istra\u017eivanjima ne podlije\u017ee eti\u010dkom povjerenstvu te su uzgoj i odr\u017eavanje jeftini, a razvojni ciklus traje samo \u010detrnaest dana.&nbsp; Mu\u0161ica kao model organizam podlije\u017ee 3R (Replacement, Reduction and Refinement) principu u<strong> sklopu odr\u017eivog razvoja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastavak projekta provodi se u on-line izdanju zbog opreza povodom COVID-19 pandemije i to na na\u010din da je osmi\u0161ljena anketa i kviz, a potom i odr\u017eavanjem webinara-a namijenjenih \u0161iroj javnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anketa je dostupna <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/aCAmHUJWcDcPjHhq5\" target=\"_blank\">ovdje<\/a><\/span><\/strong> u razdoblju 1. &#8211; 15. 6. 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Projekt je podr\u017ean sredstvima Zaklade Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Rijeci i sredstvima Instituta Oikon d.o.o. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi\u0161e informacija na poveznici: <a href=\"https:\/\/sz.uniri.hr\/vijesti_zborovi\/foodgutbrain-uvod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/sz.uniri.hr\/vijesti_zborovi\/foodgutbrain-uvod\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1. lipnja 2020. &#8212; U rujnu 2019. godine u organizaciji Studentskog zbora Odjela za biotehnologiju pod vodstvom studenta Marka Rubini\u0107a i mentorstvom dr.sc.
