Aktivnosti projekta su bile podijeljene na \u010detiri radna paketa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Upravljanje projektom<\/li><li>Procjena tr\u017ei\u0161ta<\/li><li>Teorijski i determinantski okvir<\/li><li>Predobrada slika i razvoj modela.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na temelju provedenog upitnika me\u0111u relevantnim dionicima (radni paket 2) i pregleda znanstvene literature (radni paket 3) odabrane su ambrozija (<em>Ambrosia artemisiifolia<\/em>) i amorfa (<em>Amorpha fruticosa<\/em>) te su terenskim radom sakupljeni prostorni podaci u definiranim podru\u010djima istra\u017eivanja (radni paket 3). Terenski podaci slu\u017eili su kao osnova za razvoj modela detekcije koja je obavljena identifikacijom razlika izme\u0111u spektralnog odraza odabranih vrsta i okolne vegetacije unutar odabranog stani\u0161ta, kao i usporedbom njihovih klju\u010dnih fenolo\u0161kih faza poput pupanja, cvatnje ili su\u0161enja. Primjenom algoritama strojnog u\u010denja dobiveni rezultati su analizirani s ciljem izdvajanja najzna\u010dajnijih varijabli, odnosno prediktora, pomo\u0107u kojih je postignuta najve\u0107a to\u010dnost modela detekcije prisutnosti ambrozije i amorfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koraci i rezultati provedbe projekta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Napravljena je SWOT analiza hrvatskog tr\u017ei\u0161ta s aspekta primjene daljinskih istra\u017eivanja u pra\u0107enju invazivnih biljnih vrsta,<\/li><li>Definirani su dionici iz podru\u010dja \u0161umarstva, za\u0161tite prirode i okoli\u0161a, poljoprivrede, upravljanja vodama i sl., koji su kontaktirati anketnim upitnikom zbog odre\u0111ivanja problemati\u010dnih invazivnih biljnih vrsta,<\/li><li>Analizirani su anketni upitnici i definirane problemati\u010dne invazivne biljne vrste kao i metode upravljanja istima,<\/li><li>Analizirana je recentna znanstvena i stru\u010dna literatura iz podru\u010dja primjene daljinskih istra\u017eivanja u monitoringu invazivnim biljnim vrstama,<\/li><li>Intrepretirani su rezultati anketnog upitnika i analize literature te definirane najpogodnije invazivne biljne vrste za razvoj modela detekcije kao i njihova stani\u0161ta,<\/li><li>Uz pomo\u0107 bespilotne letjelice prikupljeni su terenski podaci o pojavi amorfe i ambrozije,<\/li><li>Digitalnom obradom terenskih podataka dobiveni su ulazni podaci za razvoj modela detekcije temeljenog na Sentinel 2 satelitskim podacima,<\/li><li>Preuzete su Sentinel 2 satelitske snimke odabranih podru\u010dja te je obavljena predobrada \u0161to uklju\u010duje rezanje podru\u010dja interesa, uklanjanje naoblake, i maskiranje neobraslih podru\u010dja,<\/li><li>Izra\u010dunati su vegetacijski indeksi za podru\u010dja istra\u017eivanja te su statisti\u010dkom obradom odabrani oni najpovoljniji za diferencijaciju amorfe i ambrozije od ostalih kategorija pokrova zemlji\u0161ta,<\/li><li>Implementirane su razli\u010dite metode strojnog u\u010denja kako bi se dobio najbolji model detekcije \u2013 Random forest, K-Nearest Neighbour, Support Vector Machine, umjetna neuralna mre\u017ea i boosting klasifikacija,<\/li><li>Rezultati klasifikacije su validirani na temelju prostornih podataka sakupljenih na terenu,<\/li><li>Izra\u010dunate su matrice konfuzije i postotak to\u010dnosti pojedinog modela detekcije<\/li><li>Odra\u0111eno je testiranje dobivenog modela na drugom podru\u010dju kako bi se utvrdila njegova robustnost i prenosivost<\/li><li>Testirana je i, na temelju rezultata, odba\u010dena mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161tenja metode sinergije Sentinel 1 i Sentinel 2 podataka za detekciju ambrozije<\/li><li>Izra\u0111ena su zavr\u0161na izvje\u0161\u0107a i tehni\u010dki dokumenti s opisom metodologije i rezultata istra\u017eivanja.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
