May 28, 2024 – The 47th International ICT and Electronics Convention – MIPRO 2024 was held in Opatija from May 20 to 25, 2024, bringing together experts from the fields of science and education, economy, and public administration.

At the conference, as part of the “PM – Project Management” consultation, which was jointly organized for the first time by the MIPRO and PMI Croatia associations, expert and scientific papers on this topic were presented. Marija Bajica, Management Advisor at Oikon, presented her paper titled “Implications of ESRSs Implementations in Sustainability Consulting Practice” (link). In her work, she used a case study in the context of sustainability consulting practice to explore the impact of adopting ESRSs on existing corporate data collection and reporting processes, as well as sustainability assessment tools related to projects.

This year’s MIPRO had 403 accepted papers from 1062 authors from 42 countries across six continents, which is the second-highest number of papers despite increased review criteria.

Marija Bajica is a project management expert. For six years, she was the president, and for 11 years, a member of the Executive Board of the PMI Croatia association. Along with Darko Jureković and the PMI Croatia Executive Board, she is one of the people who introduced the project management segment to MIPRO.
