October 5, 2026 – As part of the “Establishment of County Entrepreneurial Incubators Sisak Smart Silver and Glina Smart” project, Oikon delivered two workshops for the Regional Development Agency of Sisak-Moslavina County, SIMORA, focusing on gender equality principles and green objectives.
The workshops focused on bringing these topics closer to the business environment and exploring how they can be applied in everyday work. Through discussion and the exchange of experiences, participants had the opportunity to consider how gender equality principles and goals related to the green transition can be integrated into business processes and activities.
The project aims to help mitigate the effects of the transition towards a climate-neutral economy by investing in crafts, small and medium-sized enterprises and new businesses, strengthening their competitiveness and contributing to job creation.
