June 10, 2025 – Last week we held our traditional celebration of Oikon and Pro silva Day – DOPS – in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. It was a chance to connect outdoors, away from the office, with music, food, social and sports games, and plenty of laughter, stories, and positive energy.
The highlight of the event was the announcement of the annual employee awards for outstanding performance in 2024. Colleagues nominated one another, and the expert committee selected winners in ten categories that recognize professionalism, teamwork, creativity, dedication, and leadership – values that drive our company’s success.
The best employees in 2024 are:
- The Explorer – Bruno Ćaleta, for boldly exploring new areas and project opportunities.
- The Force – Josip Nikolić, for exceptional energy, effort, and above-expectation results.
- Our Inspiration – Marta Rogošić, whose positivity and enthusiasm inspire the whole team.
- Outside the Box – Nikola Bakić, for original solutions and an innovative approach to challenges.
- Full Cool – Medeja Pistotnik, for staying calm, collected, and professional in every situation.
- The Teacher – Prof. Joso Vukelić, our professor emeritus, once again recognized for generously sharing knowledge and mentoring younger colleagues.
- The Rock – Ema Grbčić and Kristina Komšo, so reliable that they shared this award for being the people you can always count on.
- Our Best – Ana Đanić, winner of the main award, chosen solely by colleagues. She received the highest number of nominations and was nominated in all seven categories.
Additional awards were given to Dora Čuljak, for receiving the most kudos from her colleagues, and Nikola Žarak, for quickly finding his way and fitting into the team.
