September 8, 2026 – We wrapped up the working week in the best possible way – at our traditional Oikon and Pro Silva Day, known as DOPS. Once again, we traded our offices for the outdoors, left projects and deadlines for another day, and focused on what we do best when we’re away from our desks: spending time together.
We played volleyball and badminton, tested our strength in tug of war and card and board games, sang, and most of all – talked, laughed and enjoyed great food, drinks and each other’s company. DOPS is that one day in the year when the whole company comes together, when colleagues from different departments finally have time for an unhurried conversation, and when we’re reminded just how great this team really is.
The official part of the programme was the presentation of awards and recognition for contribution to business performance. The employees who contributed the most to the development and overall business success of the company over the past year are:

- Department of Natural Resource Management: Josipa Židov and Bruno Ćaleta
- Business Support Service: Stjepan Ključar and Branimir Miočević
- Pro Silva: Matija Plantosar and Dražen Horvat

The choice was not an easy one, as behind every one of our employees there are projects, days in the field, deadlines and challenges that have marked yet another successful year.
