Client: Public Institution “Lonjsko Polje Nature Park”
Period: 09/2011– 01/2016
Funding: State budget

- Sampling a piece of pectoral fin for DNA analysis (metapopulation research, identification of conservation units, the rate of inbreeding)
- Analysis of the physical-chemical parameters of water
- Data processing and final interpretation of data
Methodology:
- Sampling of this fish species is done using direct current (dc) fields
- Electric fishing can be combined with hunting traps which should be used at night, with the phosphorescent glow sticks as the bait
- At least 5 (five) field trips a year
