July 29, 2020 – Our experts Vladimir Kušan, PhD and Ivan Ljubić spent three weeks in Albania, 6-24 July, where they worked on two projects together with our partner Abkons d.o.o. from Tirana. The projects are related to the development of integrated forest and pasture management plans in four Albanian municipalities: Berat, Has, Maliq and Malesi e Madhe, and are part of a larger Environmental Services in Albania project funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
During their stay, they visited the municipality of Malesi e Madhe where they held consultations and exchanged experiences on forest surveying with local foresters (Shyqyri Çokaj, Qemal Mehja, Aleks Malaj and Ernest Bzhetaj).
